Natural And Pre-Meditated Out Of Body Experience

Out of body experiences are often preceded by lucid dream states though other types of immediate experiences are also there. A vast majority of cases however are those where the subject was either asleep or on the verge of sleeping when they had such astral experiences. Common feature in most of these cases have been the absence of deep slumber. Subjects were mostly having light sleep either due to illness, intervening noise problems or emotional stress.
