There are several types of commercial ice makers used in high volume commercial settings. There are some which require no permanent installation, no drainage required and ice is made in under ten minutes. Now there is a type that will produce ice in as little as six minutes; it can make up to three different types of ice cubes. The sizes and makes up to twenty-eight pounds of ice per day.
