When we talk about public relations we should have in mind only one important phrase which is “good reputation”. All companies, business and organizations around the world need to have a good reputation in front of other companies, customers and prospects. Public relations is basically a subset of marketing and specially it is continuously looking the way to establish a perfect relationship between the company that provide a range of products and services and the clients and prospects that consume and attempt to consume these products and services. Have you a better definition of public relations? I personally think that when you have in mind what public relations is, you will be more aware of what to do in order your company or business can have the reputation and the position you want it has in the market. If public relations are all about reputation, you should have a good story to tell to prospect and customers or at least, you should have the tools and mechanisms to provide those elements that customers are expecting from you all the time. I say all the time, because customers could for get what you did for them yesterday, but they won’t forget what you are doing for them today.
