Peter Yorn is jumping on board as a supporting act and will highlight several songs from his popular new album, Back and Fourth. Yorn actually wrote all of the songs himself and recorded the material in Omaha, Nebraska. Some of the dates that Yorn will be accompanying Coldplay onstage include: May 15 in West Palm Beach, May 20 in Virginia Beach, May 26 in Philadelphia, May 30 in Pittsburgh, June 2 in Detroit and June 4 in Cincinnati. Jewel Tickets - Done Dancing Before the Show Begins

Bright-eyed songstress Jewel excels at everything she puts her vocals to, but unfortunately she will not get the chance to test out her legs, as it was recently announced that the newly-minted country singer will not compete on this season of Dancing with the Stars as planned. At some point during her intensive training for the program, the singer fractured her tibias in both legs, leading to an MRI and her resignation from this season of Dancing with the Stars, where she was set to compete against her husband and rodeo cowboy Ty Murray.

The Beatles were my heroes and Eric Clapton of Cream and even Andres Segovia. The guitar was and is a magical instrument and I wanted to play one. I ate and slept to learn guitar!

History of the Twelve-String Guitar

There are a lot of controversies as regards to the history of the Twelve-string guitar. The first theory says that it has been developed by Italian luthiers laboring in the guitar workshops in companies like Oscar Schmidt, Harmony and Regal in New York and Chicago. It is substantiated by the fact that one of the famous twelve-string guitars has a strong Italian connection. As per the other theory states that it arrived in the U.S from Mexico as Latin America has a long history of double-course variants of the standard six-string guitars.
